“I have always been fascinated by Qigong and the relationship between the Human and the Universe. It took me several years to find the right College and teacher. I was intrigued by the modesty of the UK College of Qigong website. In true Daoist spirit I took the next step and still remember the phone call to discuss what turned out to be a transformational course for me. After speaking to Sifu Anita Mason I was impressed with her professionalism and integrity as it was important for me anyway to see a role model in a teacher.

I must admit at times I found the course as challenging as ‘Scafell Pike’ which although uncomfortable at first, brought me great rewards in terms of my personal development, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I feel honoured to be representing this tradition.”
