“After searching for Qigong Teachers on the Internet, I chose the UK College of Qigong because of its credibility and professionalism. I wanted to find a Teacher I could trust. After reading two to three pages of the website, I decided to email Sifu Anita Mason.

I had done Qigong previously as a Chinese Medicine Practitioner. I was taught the physical exercises, but I wasn’t taught in depth, and I was left feeling that I wanted to know more.
